Adele Farrington (1867 - 19 de diciembre de 1936) fue una actriz de cine y teatro estadounidense de la época del cine mudo.[1]​

Biografía

Nacida en Brooklyn, Nueva York,[2]​[3]​ Farrington protagonizó This Is the Life (1915) para la American Film Company. También realizó sus propias acrobacias para la película.[1]​

Vida personal y muerte

Farrington estuvo casada y se divorció del actor Hobart Bosworth.[4]​ Su relación con Bosworth provocó que él se divorciara de su anterior esposa en 1903. En el juicio de divorcio, la encargada de una pensión testificó que Bosworth y Farrington se habían presentado ante ella como marido y mujer cuando se alojaron allí. Bosworth no presentó ninguna defensa en ese juicio.[5]​

El 19 de diciembre de 1936, Farrington falleció en Los Ángeles a los 69 años. Su cuerpo fue incinerado tras el funeral, celebrado dos días después.[6]​
